The Umpire in Chief Assistant is responsible for the following areas:
- Train and develop our youth umpires
- Assist in scheduling both adult and youth umpires during season
- Evaluate umpire’s compatibilities during the season to guarantee
proper ruling is adhered per green book and bylaws
- Mentoring youth umpires to ensure they have the confidence needed during game play
- Assist in paying the umpires during season
