Treasurer

My primary responsibility is to ensure the league operates in the most financially responsible manor.

Secondary responsibilities include the following:

• Creating a fiscal budget that allows for efficient league operations and investments that enhance the player experience at a price point that is a value to our player families.
• Safeguarding of league assets.
• Disbursement and tracking of funds associated with league operations.

I set two goals for my first year in this position. The first was to develop an efficient financial planning process that incorporates inputs from all board members and is finalized prior to Spring registration. The second goal was to develop new and timely financial reporting that allows the board to make quicker and better informed financial decisions.

We have been in the EYLLL family for the past five years with my oldest son Christopher. We have had the most amazing and life enhancing experience with the players, coaches and families we have met over the years. My decision to join the board was based on my desire to give back to the EYLLL community that has been such an important part of our life. I look forward to the coming 2011 season and I look forward to getting to know as many of the EYLLL families as possible.
