The Instructional Leagues..

These are the ages when our players truly develop a love and passion for the game of baseball and the desire to want to continue playing the game as they get older.

The Instructional Leagues are defined as T-Ball, Coach Pitch and single A divisions. My role for these divisions is to create the teams for Spring Baseball with an emphasis on learning and creating fun and less about winning and losing.

Both the T-Ball and Coach Pitch leagues are about teaching the game and having fun with your friends. We allow players to request teams or coaches so that we emphasize that baseball is fun.

The single A division will have a blind draft where coaches choose players randomly and can only “freeze” three players for their team. Though this division is still creating the building blocks of baseball, score is kept and creating competitive equity among teams is more important.

The Instructional League Player Agent manages the draft process and represents the players in any disputes.
