My primary duty is to look out for the interest of each baseball player and make it a great experience for all.
The Big League Player Agent is defined as Juniors and Senior Divisions within East Yorba Linda Little League (EYLLL).
The primary responsibilities within Junior and Senior Divisions include the following:
- Coordinate sign-ups and proper documentation for each Division.
- Arrange try-out schedule and evaluations.
- Player draft process.
- Conduct all-star player voting that assembles teams to represent EYLLL.
- Oversee any player issues and disputes.
I have had the opportunity to be involved with East Yorba Little League with coaching and managing teams for the past six years with both of my sons. My goal for being on the EYLLL Board is to ensure each player is treated equally to learn the fundamentals, get ready for next level of play, and conduct games in a safe environment. More important, is learning to play as a team and having fun playing baseball.
